Members  Area  Board  Development  Communications  Governmental  Relations  Management  Services  Policy  Services  MSBA  Directors	The role of the Division of Management Services within the overall structure of MSBA is to provide assistance to member school districts (both the locally elected school boards and their administrative staffs) in the areas of management and personnel issues. The services provided are largely determined by input from member districts and are implemented as a result of Association and Divisional goals, both on an annual and extended basis. Divisional staff members include John Sylvester, Deputy Executive Director/Membership Services; Bob Lowe, Associate Deputy Director of Membership Services; Sandy Gundlach, Director of Management Services; Amy Fullenkamp-Taylor, Associate Director of Management Services; Bill Kautt, Associate Director of Management Services; and Sue Honetschlager, Divisional Secretary.
